Gates lightweight, portable, hand-operated crimper is compact and ideal for mobile use. It allows the manufacture of factory quality hose assemblies on site in a few seconds.

• Hose Capacity: R1AT & R2AT 1/4" - 1" (2 wire) - UP TO 1" 4 Wire
• Crimps rubber wire braid, textile braid, four-spiral wire hoses and thermoplastic hoses.
• Calibration: Gates manual Micrometer accurate to 1/10^th of a MM
• Crimping power: 90 Tonnes (880 kN)
• Die sets: Purchased individually to meet your own requirements. Please contact us for more information.
• Comes with technical documentation, instruction manual and crimp data for assembling Gates hose and couplings.
• Crimps all Gates MegaCrimp® straight, 45° and 90° couplings. Also crimps Multispiral - GS, HA-A and ES-A couplings.
• Option: Air/Hydraulic foot pump to replace hand pump – Crimping force 27 tonnes
